2. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of affinitycollection.com (the "Site") and to every order you place through it. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where an item is unavailable, where a pricing or description error is found, or where we cannot verify payment — and in that case you will be refunded in full without delay.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@affinitycollection.com — we can usually amend an order before it is dispatched.
4. Products, descriptions and sizing
We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately, including fabric, fit notes and available sizes. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements are garment guidance, not body measurements, and small variations are normal for fashion items. If a piece differs materially from its description, our returns policy applies and we will put it right.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices may change, but changes won't affect an order we have already confirmed.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you with the correct price and you can choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details; payments are processed over encrypted connections by a provider certified to industry security standards.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery options, charges and timescales are set out on our delivery information page and at checkout. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We deliver to the United Kingdom and the member states of the European Union. For EU orders, any import VAT or duties charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period on unworn items with their tags attached. The full process is described on our returns policy page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Site's operation, probe its security or scrape its content at scale.
9. Intellectual property
The Site's text, product descriptions, graphics, layouts and the compilation of the catalogue belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We supply products for private, domestic use only.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as industrial action, severe weather or carrier failures. If such an event substantially affects your order, you may cancel for a full refund.
12. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with our privacy policy, delivery information and returns policy, form the entire agreement between us.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
