The promise
If a piece isn't right — the fit, the colour, or simply a change of heart — you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their tags attached, in the original packaging where possible. That's the whole policy; the rest of this page is the practical detail.
How to return — three steps
- Tell us. Email contact@affinitycollection.com with your order number and the items you're returning. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us improve. We'll reply within one working day with the return address and a reference.
- Post it. Pack the items securely — the original mailing bag is fine — include your order number inside, and send the parcel with a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until the refund arrives.
- Get refunded. We inspect and process returns within 3 working days of arrival and refund to your original payment method. Banks typically show the money within 3–5 working days after that.
Refunds
Refunds cover the full price you paid for the returned items, including VAT. If you return an entire order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is your responsibility, except where an item is faulty or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the return postage too.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest route is to place a new order for the size you want — so it isn't sold out while your return travels back — and return the original for a refund. If you'd rather wait, tell us in your return email and we'll set the replacement aside where stock allows.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, develops a genuine fault, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — including all postage — as soon as we've seen the photo.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason; our 30-day policy includes and extends that period. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and are not limited by this policy.
Returns from the EU
The same 30-day window applies to EU orders. Mark the parcel clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" on any customs form so it isn't taxed on its way back. Return postage from the EU is your responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect items.
What can't be returned
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of underwear or safety shorts that have been removed from sealed packaging, unless faulty. Items that come back worn, washed, marked by make-up or perfume, or without their tags may be refused or refunded at a reduced value — so please try things on the way you would in a fitting room.
Late returns
Life happens. If you've missed the 30-day window by a few days, contact us anyway — we handle near-misses with common sense rather than a stopwatch.
