When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are picked, hand-checked and dispatched within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How much is delivery?
UK tracked delivery (2–4 working days) is £3.95, and free on orders over £150. EU tracked delivery (5–8 working days) is £7.50. See Delivery for details.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes — we deliver to all 27 EU countries for £7.50. Your country may charge import VAT or duties on arrival, which aren't included in our prices.
How do I return something?
Email us with your order number and the items you're returning within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with the return address and a reference. Full details are on our Returns page.
When will I get my refund?
We process returns within 3 working days of receiving them and refund to your original payment method. Banks usually show the money within 3–5 working days after that.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually change or cancel an order before it's dispatched.
